I work at Arby's and I hate when they order a side cup of cheese after they paid for everything, and they got their food, because they know they get charged extra money for a side cup of cheese and then I get bitched at by my manager for them not paying for it .-.

It's kinda cool to see how different all the Arbys are. I work at Arbys.. we still have regular fries :P
I can't stand that we have ghetto headsets and a crappy tiny manual drive thru window.
I can't stand people who slam their money down on the counter instead of handing it to you, also.
I can't stand when people say they want a certain combo, then don't tell you what kind of fries or drink they want.
I can't stand when people complain about how much the food is. NOT MY FAULT!!

I work at Arby's as well, It is a shit job.
These are the main things that piss me off...
1. When people ask for regular fries...WE STOPPED SERVING REGULAR FRIES IN 07!!!
2. When the person orders the food and then as I am about to cash them out they tell me they have coupons and then dig around their car to get them...
3. When you ask them if they want curly fries and a pepsi and they agree and say yes, Then they get the window and say they wanted a mountain dew....
Can't wait to quit....

I hate when I ask if they want Arby's, Horsey, or Ketchup, & they say "Yes both" Can you not fucking count? & They always order an "arby's sandwich" the only thing that actually has the word "Arby's in it is the Arby melt. Dumb ass people need to be more specific. Oh, & btw i work at an Arby's in Cleveland. I know how you feel.
