Creating a College-oriented Culture

Many of our students are the first in their family to go to college. That's a challenge for them personally, but it is also a challenge for the community, where going to college is not assumed as it is in a middle-class one. In the short video below, Geoffrey Canada talks about his difficulties adjusting to college life and how we make sure that going to college is a given for our kids, starting with pre-school.
