MOM GETS PROBATION FOR SPANKING OWN CHILD

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX (KTRK) -- A Corpus Christi woman was sentenced to five years probation for spanking her own child. Rosalina Gonzalez pleaded guilty to a felony charge of injury to a child charge after reaching an agreement with prosecutors, according to KZTV in Corpus Christi. Gonzalez was arrested in December after her mother noticed some red marks on her granddaughter's butt and took her to the hospital to get checked out. Although prosecutors say Gonzalez didn't use a belt and didn't bruise the child, a judge made it clear that spanking isn't allowed. "You don't spank children today. In the old days, maybe we got spanked, but there was a different quarrel. You don't spank children. You understand?" Judge Jose Longoria said. "Yes, sir," Gonzalez said. On top of her probation, Gonzalez also will have to take parenting classes, follow CPS guidelines and make a $50 payment to the Children's Advocacy Center.

The video of the "Judge" who was emotionally & physically abusing his daughter was very Disturbing, Outrageous & Extreme! I added that video to this video's playlist. Hopefully people will notice the grave disparity & inconsistency that occurs in our present legal system. I pray that the girl (now a woman) on the video be able to forgive her father and that the cycle of abuse ends with him and not continue in her.

we have a sad sad judicial system today. spanking should be a personal thing between the parent God and the kid. not a matter of whether its legal or not. i know there are some limits but spankings keep the children in line and save them from becoming hooligans and what have you later in life.

Fuck that lady. Her child's rights are no different than anyone walking the street. I fully suspect if she walked up to any of the people posting on this video and hit them they wouldn't reserve their legal right to kick her ass in self-defense. She is an example of how some children eventually get beat to death or damaged for life and it doesn't have a goddamn thing to do with anything "equality" concerning people's individual rights.
