Its headcrab zombies. Headcrabs are small creatures from the Half Life 2 Universe. They jump onto peoples heads and control them.

The map is GM_Buttes. It was custom made for the server we play on, not sure if it has been released to the public yet. The underground song is the Umbrella Corporation theme from the Resident Evil movies.

I've always wondered how to view my player model like that and now I just couldn't keep myself from asking :D so do you do it with a tool? camera placement or something else?

The person in the video is someone on the server. I am noclipping around and recording. Some of the still shots are shot with a camera positioned. The descending shot of the tunnel was the toughest. I ended up using hoverballs attached to a vehicle pod which was adv ballsocketed to the world to allow it to pass under the map. It was a tedious shot.
