Ariel Atom Turn Signal Controller (pre-production update)

Pre-production update on the Ariel Atom (or other track/kit type car) turn signal controller. This provides true 'auto cancel' turn signals on vehicles normally only equipped with a toggle switch. (Or 'timer' based cancellation.) I implemented a programmable duration for the 'lane change' flasher as well. The time setting is retained without power and is in effect until reprogrammed by the used.
