Bkick to Btwist...need tips to swingthru

** Lots of slow-mo** Trying to be high and to swingthru at the end of btwist, but Im out of balance =( Anyone have some trick to help that? My ankle hurt realy bad at the end of the video... not at the landing of my raize, but a little after my left foot twisted and I feel a straight pain instantly... =(

do u have to learn cork before u try b twist but i can do b-kick pls give me tips

hell no! It's a bkick variation so... If you can b-kick then b-twist is relatively easy. just wrap your arm around you when doing the bkick at your peak of your jump and voila!

Look for tutorial around youtube like jujimufu or trickstutorial

plz give me tips on flipz i can only do 540 kicks,back handsprings,handspring,btwists­,and bkicks.

most of the times i use an outside kick just when i land after btwist as swingthru, sometimes i use a low sweep. both of them make me feel balanced and theres no wasted time. hope i could help

hahahahaha your asking for advice its so good already, just center yourself as you come out of it.......just practice
