  • you can also eat them raw if you fold the leaf inward on itself and crush it before you eat it..

  • Ive had nettles in salad at a restaurant they dont sting the inside of your mouth your right humans must have been eating them for a long time makes good wine too.Oh and burdock root makes good beer.

  • Nice video. I didn't know about eating nettles in the winter and the way to grab them with bare hands.
