Sounds to me like a memory problem.
I have known Obsession boards to have problems when about 60-70+ show files are stored on the console. Did you ever find out what the specific problem was?

@HabTasianet We don't know for sure, but we think that that was indeed the problem (too many show files). The memory was only 40% used because the files weren't that big, but it was probably the sheer number that was the problem. ETC played with it like a science experiment, but couldn't eliminate it until they scrubbed it, then it was fine. So there you go...

what offline editor do you use?

Sorry, I didn't answer you, I didn't know this message was left. We used the Obsession off-line editor downloaded from the ETC website.

Yeah, I think it's gotta be a software issue. I suspect that they'll scrub it, reload the software and send it back. We'll probably never know why there was a ghost in the system.
