We melted a bunch of busted aluminum bike parts at the Charlottesville Community Bike Shop and one lucky gal got a sweet hood ornament for her bike. That's some righteous bling!

  • Be careful ! I threw some old Rock Shock MTB front shocks in the crucible and they were magnesium! Make for qute an exciting fireworks show!

  • I do quite a bit of sand casting up in Ruckersville (14 miles North of Charlottesville)  Used to come down to your facility with bikes "rescued" from the Greene county land fill.

    If you need some help with your casting, patterns, etc. send me a message!
