I know exactly what you mean. I spend so much time just playing not even thinking about what I am playing. It is hard once you build a good improvisational foundation to continue stepping out of your comfort zone. I find myself only slowly improving because of that.

Beautiful song, and I find it has a nice structure upon listening to it. This seemed to come out flowing smoothly, and somehow "correctly"... great job, man.
And hey, I feel you about falling into long periods of playing without passion. But for sure you and I are working on ways to catch ourselves when that happens and overcome that obstacle.

@Un1234l it develops more then my improvs, i never really tried to stick with a theme before
i tried to here where the beginning comes back at the end but different

I wouldn't be too hard on yourself, I think everyone goes through times like these and somehow you'll find your way back again. You may hate this, but I quite enjoyed it.

@eeli1 i know i will eventually come out of my musical funk,
i just need to find inspiration, and im always hard on myself ( that way I improve faster (i hope) )
