Umaga has a way better character and is a far better power wrestler which they're trying to push Joe as. I think it's okay, but Joe is more of a submission and technical wrestler. It seems like they're trying to make him into something he's not.

yeah actually i caught some of tna's tv show whatever it is called.. but The new Joe character has me excited.. the dude is finally wearing pants.. the face paint is cool because of teh samoa angle.. i still think umaga would work Joe any day of the weak(umaga is obviously what inspired joes new character except joe can talk and has a conscience.. but the face paint for the samoa thing.. the new crazy factor.. thats all umaga) Umaga >joe bt new joe is kinda cool in my opinion

I guess I'm biased about fat wrestlers since Shinya Hashimoto was fat and he was the man (far better than Joe will ever be...ever). He has like no mic skills I agree, but his indy matches really got me involved and I felt like I was watching something special.
