u can find it easy in swamps

Well I have tekkit (that's the same thing but for servers) and I find rubber trees in swamp biomes and forest biomes. Forest biomes also have the huge trees.

Do you know anything about where to find a rubber tree, what biome, ect.?

Anywhere its just quite rare. If you are on an old world you may need to run about until some new land is generated. Good luck!
