If you have an Iphone, buy the ringtones on that and then you can sync them to the ipad using Itunes; it seems to be the only way to add ringtones on Ipads but it works

I have the iPad 2 but the balck one and I did everything there on the vid and I can't even find buy more ring tones is it only for the white one help

just make your own. you can do it in itunes and its free.
