As Nathan Melendres lays down a sweet bunt, Chris Pelaez is off to 2nd base like a shot. As you can readily see, when he passes the second baseman who had belatedly started to move forward, the Wake 2nd baseman puts out his right hand and makes contact. The ump is looking right at it and makes the "safe" signal. Yet after the Wake 2nd baseman and coach protest, the call is reversed and Pelaez is called out!

Absolutely the right call. Announcer doesn't know the rule; there can be interference without actual contact. Clearly the runner prevented the 2B from making the play.
