Great man! Dalek operators from the current series could learn a lot from him! Why are Daleks so slow these days?

The old Daleks seemed to shuffle around a lot. I don't know whether or not it was because the operators needed the loo, but it just looked to me like the Daleks were practically itching to exterminate someone! How those old guys did it all without radio-control over the lights and the head turning, etc., is quite amazing.
