@SpinDoctor91 Craigs list. I got mine for $800 from some fat people who never used it. I didn't even have to assemble it (except for taking the tower off to fit it in my house) and all it needed was some dusting and WD40. It came with the ab crunch attachment too. My last comment was 10 months ago. I've gained 25 pounds and actually have muscles now!

@OnBakePlatinum Well of course you only look slightly better. Give it another 6 months of serious training and dieting and we'll see where you are. What did you expect 10 lb. to do exactly lol

I have the Ultimate 2, which is the one in this commercial. I've gained 10 pounds of muscle, but only look slightly better. I've had it for 2 months now and have progressed into stage 2 of the program.

A buddy of mine just bought one .and told me it's Awsome!! .he's 225 pounds 18 inch arms.He gets the same workout at home now.

Well,... we purchased a Bowflex recently and it's outstanding. There is nothing you can't do.
