  • @IamAveryPrettyBlonde: Currently at 17 months out I have been playing soccer the last few weeks and just started Zumba. At the time of this video and during the beginning stages of losing, I did a lot of walking and used the eliptical. I did some swimming and light weights.

  • @Kellawanda Zumba is a BLAST! If you have a good instructor you will have sooooo much fun! :) Definitely try to get some weight lifting in your routine. You'll see a drastic change in your body when you do.

    My surgery is on the 23rd. Im sooo excited. Thanks for sharing your experience.

  • Hi Kella, just found your videos on Youtube. I'm a guy, 4 weeks til my RNY surgery, BMI of 46, goal is 175 lbs. Your journey is inspiring, just like Amelia's here on YT. I realize you are now even smaller than here as this is just week 18's update. What the heck kind of job do you have that allows you to travel all over the world like you do??? I am going to video my journey also. BTW, you have the prettiest brown eyes I've ever seen! See ya later.

  • You look great! I do have many of those days, as I'm early in my journey (I think today is 12 weeks out), and I lose more slowly than I'd like, or than I perceive other people to be doing. I have to focus on the fact that I'm LOSING, and not that I'm losing more slowly, so I can enjoy the journey more. Good post!
