@eyewebmaster i think the senior citizen area is for individual old persons who wants to mingle with other senior citizens... and for the youth/children area is for the children who are left with their babysitters for which the baby sitter intends to let the child play with other children.. or like wise if the mother intends to let her child play with others....

but it doesnt say that a family cannot go to this parts of the park..

ahmm. very nice project but, how about the maintenance?, and of course, squatters?... paano nila ma-maintain to kung simpleng mga "park signs", di kayang sundin ng mga tao...

I like the design but I was thinking about why senior citizen and youth have different location whereas if you are building something it should consider a family where they can go and do some recreational activities where they can learn and grow together.. I hope this will be consider also in your plans.. but actually I like the design in Melvin Jones.. please consider that part to be done first.. :)

ayos! this is very nice.

but regarding the squatters in burnham.

would we think that they would leave after it's improved?

even if burnham becomes better, but people still misuse it. there would be no difference.

may we hope for our government to allow this and make wise strategies, else it might cause rallies from other parties.

and vendors who took their home to burnham might return there depreciating its beauty.

How I wish this Project will push true, Sana pansinin ito ng City Government Siguradong nagseselos nanaman mga nasa City Engineering nito kasi di man lang sila maka pag stand sa challenge ng Park Rehabilitation
