i've always heard only pull the sled/tire for the first mabye 15-20 yd, after that its just killing your stride
but cool setup there man. Shit is great for explosiveness/accel i love sleds

I used to have this parachutte that i got from eastbay, all i did was take the belt from the parachutte and tied a wired dog leash to the tire.
