許燕斌---泡菜炒飯

材料&調味料
泡菜 80g
飯 300g
豬肉 100g
辣椒 1根
香菇 1朵
洋菇 3朵
油 適量
醬油 1大匙




作 法
1. 香菇及洋菇和豬肉切絲,辣椒切片
2. 加入一大匙油熱鍋,加入香菇絲、洋菇絲、豬肉絲及辣椒拌炒。
3. 鍋內下飯熱炒,再加入泡菜、醬油拌炒至均勻即可。
