Guitar Backing jam track to guns and roses sweet child in the key of e minor. This is just the slash guitar solo section. Great jam using the E minor guitar scale maps. http://www.guitarmaps.com/support.html

  • Why is it in E? Slash played this in D# ??

  • You are right...I transposed it to E so it can be played in standard tuning

  • im free like a bird now yeah

  • I am surprized that Axl Rose didnt break in in the middle and throw a fit and say Fuck it, I am going home !!

  • I like these backing tracks. Very fun to jam with!

  • @beginner44 he's tuned down a half step

  • wow, i love this. this is super easy to play too, wether your shredding or just playing around.

  • so basically it's normally in E flat tuning?

  • @getguitarmaps No my friend, thank YOU for the jams ;)

  • @DireSpring Right On my friend...Thanks!!

  • @CMSpida No, he has a really good point actually. The Top and Bottom strings are tuned to E. In standard, you can play those strings open and there is your root. You cant go one fret down on your thick E string if you are tuned to E, you would have to tune down 1/2 step to hit that low D#, playing to this in D# when you are in standard would keep you from hitting a bass note on the root, can't resolve to a low D# if you don't have a low D# to play :P

  • @getguitarmaps but people could just do the same but 1 fret down so there was no point
