Janet Kuypers (pastel sketch) w/ "My Love For You Will Stay the Same", Chicago 06/22/10

On June 22nd 2010 (06/22/10 Janet Kuypers' birthday), Janet Kuypers was the feature at the poetry/performance open mic at "the Cafe" in Chicago (hosted by Janet Kuypers, but on this evening, Charlie Newman was the guest host). In these clips show performed the Janet Kuypers / Mom's Favorite Vase song "My Love For You Will Stay the Same" (music originally by Warren Peterson) and the Janet Kuypers / Mom's Favorite Vase song "What We Need In Life" (music originally by Warren Peterson). John played the acoustic guitar for the the Janet Kuypers / Mom's Favorite Vase songs, and said the male lines in "the Apartment" and "Leaving". Musician Victor Sanders played the electric guitar for back-up music for most of the poems throughout the feature, and played accompanying electric guitar in the songs performed in this show. These original songs were performed live, and videos are now released of these song with the extract filter, the blue screen key filter, the find edges filter, the metallic filter, the pastel sketch filter, the old film filter, and the solarize filter, and some of the videos with filtered effects also have the page curl filter over the upper right-hand corner of the video.
