Demilich When the Sun Drank the Weight of Water

FUCK YES!!! Demilich and Gorguts are my favorite. Luc Lemay is one of my idols and he knows how to structure his ideas and turn them into master pieces. Even the stuff before From Wisdom To Hate and Obscura was classic death metal. Considerd Dead is 1 of my favorites and so is The Erosion of Sanity and Demlich with just Nespithe alone is Legendary. I've briefly listened to Lykathea Aflame but I liked what I heard and will cotinue to listen to them.

Thank you. Your arguement is flawed and by its logic I could fart on a album and say its a "different" style from everything else and therefore cannot be called bad. Music is communication/art; some bands have more to communicate AND are better at communicating it then others. Opeth is death/black metal combined with random prog rock interludes. First album was ok, but not as well thought out and composed as Nespithe, which is both more interesting musically and better composed.

Why are people arguing about necrophagist and Demilich on basis of whos better. Its all opinion, but seriously us tech death fans are all under the same umbrella, we all enjoy complex brutal music why start fights amongst bretheren...we seriously are the few the proud in a metal scene overwhelmed by breakdowns.
