BTW I am English and know how Kiwis (New Zealanders) speak -- see earlier posts. They post their letters in a "litter box", and drive on the "lift" side of the road, like the British.
So no wonder the poster below thinks Harvey says "Betty" instead of "bitty", which is actually a combination of "breast" and "titty", as I have read elsewhere.

i am a new zealander and can pick up on british accents, i also have a friend, english friend, he also concurs, it is betty u simple minded fool. As for the betty is a womans name, NO SHIT, some women name their breasts and i guess it is a play on that aswell as a tit being like a nanny, betty betty
