@possibrakestand350 Almost the whole state is republican, but we have these out siders that move here and want it changed to their way...Funny thing is, the guy that sued the track owner is surrounded by farms and I thought he might own some farm equipment himself....I know he has something to do with art crap.....He is just one of these loser dick heads that needs to be sent to Russia...

@possibrakestand350 True....But here in my local area in Oklahoma a friend of mine built a motocross track out in the middle of no where on his own property....It only took one person to hire the best lawyer in the area to sue him and get it shut down..He spent many of six figures to fight it....Needless to say he lost and that ruling basically set the law in motion, so with that said it makes it impossible to build a track on your land in my area....

@dropduallie88 No, not at all....This is a reason people do not want any off-roaders on their land....Keep to the trails or use the land responsibly..Videos like this one give the tree huggers evidence of land abuse and they love to use this against our hobby...One of the big things they push is land erosion caused by 4x4 vehicles or ATV's..Then of course river or air pollution..We just need to play it smart, they have the money and lawyers plus congress to hurt our hobby...

Perfect example of why people do not want 4x4 trucks on their property and why land gets closed to off roaders....I know it is fun as hell, but it gives those fucking tree huggers ammunition to ban off road hobbies..
