Madyson is a 4 year old entrepreneur who, with mom and dad's help of course, has started her own mail order business making homemade, chocolate dipped marshmallows. Watch here as she shows you how to make gourmet marshmallows.

Madyson Speaking
I'm Madyson and I'm making you some marshmallows.
Pour your gelatin into your stand mixer.
One cup of water into the stand mixer; One cup of water into the pan.
One cup of water for the pan (again)
Now we need to pour the sugar into the pan.
We put the corn syrup in and my mommy pours it into the pan because it's messy and I'm going to pour it into the big pan.
(mom speaks) keep it all in there
Then we put the lid on for 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, we put the thermometer in.
it's at 240 degrees and my mommy's going to help me uh...pour it into the mixer.
We do one button at a time really slow.
(mom speaks) another button
Wow, now it's going fast.
look at my nice fluffy white marshmallow
(mom speaks) perfect, now do the other pan, do the other pan
Let your marshmallow sit in your pan for 4 hours and then done.
When you marshmallow is all done, you can dance!
