Umm, in that situation.... You Need to let her lay DOWN!!! Board her and get her off the field. That does not hurt at first.......... Like she shows.... But believe me.. Shock sets in a few seconds later.

@Superfreday Erin stayed for her team, actually walked across the field to her bench, got it checked out afterwards, then healed in time to score in the next game!

"miabeach916" can answer specifically, but I was told it was a hypermobile patella (dislocated kneecap) that was quickly put back into place by the responding EMTs. Erin stayed for her team, actually walked across the field to her bench, got it checked out afterwards, then healed in time to score in the next game!
