gta 4 on a "slow" pc

well my pc is fast but, i just found out my graphig card aint so good, i got 1500MB video ram but my graphig or video card or what ever it is only uses 244mb so the game, is slow, and low graphig, but i hope you like my movie,.
With fraps i got 12-16FPS as long as i stay out of water,
with out fraps i got 22-25 fps

@modwebby in my definition it is crap:)
money buys quality, id rather spent a little more to have a little more,
i spent 1200 to buy a 1500 worth pc, a year back, and it can still handle the newest games, battlefield 3, gta 4, and soon gta 5 will come out, assassins creed etc, all with more then 200 frames per second, no laggs, ;) you got a low end pc, now that you know that you dont have to look for games like gta 4 or new games, i dont know what games you do play. probely low qual.

@arditb123 it either a laptop or a pc of 400 euro maximum.. if you would of savd up some more money you wouldnt of wasted your money for this kind of crap:p sorry but 1gb ram? thats ancient

on a laptop i doubt gta 4 will run, if its a desktop, you might have a chance to play it on the lowest of the lowest settings
