Joe Jonas Goes to Washington (01-26-10)

Joe Jonas zips up his jacket as he takes a walk in the rain on Tuesday afternoon (January 26) in Silver Lake, Calif.

The 20-year-old musician, who rocked the plaid at the Edge of Darkness premiere last night, will be heading to Washington D.C. this week for the Special Olympics for the annual Capitol Hill Day.

Capitol Hill Day honors the legacy of Eunice Kennedy Shriver and will include coaches, program leaders and members from 45 states. Joe will be advocating for the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Act of 2010 along with Timothy and Anthony Shriver.
