Tgl 19 Desember 1948,jam 6.00 pagi, Belanda menyerang Yogya. Presiden dan Wakil Presiden beserta sejumlah pejabat kabinet ditangkap. Inilah hari paling tegang dan amat darurat bagi Republik Indonesia. Namun seolah semua sudah diatur, berdirilah PDRI di Sumatera dan Pak Dirman melasanakan Perang Rakyat Semesta diseluruh tanah air. Di PBB, para pejuang diplomasi tidak akan mundur setapakpun serta tetap mengusahakan negara Proklamasi tegak dan berdiri.

I'm ashamed about this part of history. I am dutch and here people don't know what we did in Indonesia. just last week there was a hearing in court about the murder of 400 people, a war crime commited by our soldiers. There were many more of those killings but we just don't learn this at school.

Nowadays if dutch wants to start another colonialization in Indonesia, they won't stand a chance, if they insist, what will happen is otherwise, Indonesia will be the one that colonialize dutch...

Why? because one of the reason is that dutch area is 45 times smaller than Indonesia and I'm so sure that Indonesian military strength now can occupy such area within few weeks..

I'm Dutch too. I'm ashamed by the Dutch government who sent these men/boys off to the other side of the world to fight an ugly colonial conflict and then spat on them when they got back.
