superfast bicycle gearing system

This is my trial on gearing system which allows our bicycle speed several times faster... i was attempting to make a fast bicycle and based on my theory it would run at least for about 126 km/h on straight lane and by flying start. This is to achieve bicycle record for MURI (Indonesian Record Museum) which is like Guiness Record for my country Indonesia. I am seeking for funding in able to make the bike and break the record... anyone???

I had brainstorm this same concept for several weeks now.... Its simple physics as adding a pulley reduces the load. So why could you not have a chain running on several axis it can run back to front back to front then front to back 3 times. Each time adding an axis or pulley. It would require a flywheel on 2 pulleys and then a clutch to disengage on a handlebar. Because the amount of energy generated would be expodential. Reducing energy required by increase pulleys. Basic physics here.
