Hey girls, This is just a short video on why I haven't made many videos. I am getting back in shape and that means I'm not styling and pro-filing as much with my hair. It's okay to be cute but sweat that hair out a little and get some cardio and muscle toning. Hopefully I'll have a tutorial coming soon. See you XOXO

  • @lilallnatural1 That's great. In spinning class I'm trying to get to where I don't have to take "breaks".lol When I can go and not pause at all that will be a happy milestone for me. Congrats to you!

  • I really want to get back into shape too. I let a couple of minor injuries get in my way last year so now I gotta get back on that horse...lol! You made a good point about the hair though. It's sad but true. Happy New Year to you!

I definitely agree with you exercise is priority for me I have been doing this exercise regimen since Sept 2011 and girl has it paid off I go 6 days a week and girl cycling class in no joke but my thighs are so toned and I do the treadmill for a hour and do the weights, my hair has took a BACK SEAT for a while I do twist and wash my hair weekly and retwist I do not have time for any great hairstyles:) Good luck with your exercise, you are going to do well!! Great video:)
