Buying a house is a big decision which should be well thought out. If one of your goal is to buy a house in 2012 here are a few things you should be doing now.
Avoid impluse shopping
Don't buy big ticket items wait until after the purchase
Do not max out your credit card
Pay your bills on time
Monitor your credit
Address any items on the credit report that could be viewed negatively
Save Save Save!!!!
Then home ownership could be a reality.
