Sorry, I don't have the 3 dimensional axis to move and don't have the circle also and I can't rotate! I'm doing exactly what you do!

a friend of mine told me that if I press X i get the axis tool but it's not working could some one help?

it may be very small, try "x" hotkey again, if that doesnt work press "=" (Non shifted + button) to increase the size of the "Gizmo".

@WackaAlpaca Thanks for the quick reply! It's not working! I hate this I uninstalled it lots of times. Y press X while I'm in Move mode and it's not there pres de = and it never appears press + to make it bigger and nothing!

I dont know what else to do then - try going into the "Settings" or whatever dropdown menu at the top (Beside "File" and "Edit"). Maybe something there?

oh and plus ive been wanting to make a game model i make into a hack for a game

i know i cant do that i brawl but do you know any other fighting or platform games that can or even plugins and such to make a 3d character be in the game?

Any Valve game works nicely, as you can use GMod, look into it. :)

how can i move freely in all 3 axes at once ?

How did you do that at 3:35? For some reason 3ds is being an ass on my pc and I can't resize it like that. I can only resize it on 2 axis maximum. Same with translate... Did I click something I'm not suppose to?

@inerreality if it's not the X key I think is a glitch when one opens a file by doble clicking on it, but try this this worked for me, open 3ds and then just new project that should work

. I open a new file, New ALL and reappeared. but it's soooooo big.

@rmordica Yeah me too been here for a while but since I started to move stuff in archicad I stoped searching. On the tool bar select VIEWS and click on Show Transform Gizmo, but it's not the same. I thought it could be the one.

To be honest now I'm resigned about this and I use the F12 window, and place it in a part where I can use it freely and without bothers. But now I guess I'll try with Cinema 4D or get the newer 3ds Max.
