@OmegaRS well, as for the charts, Guitar Hero did an exelent job on because you have this desire to FC your favorite songs and on GH that is hard to do which then forces you to practice. in other words, GH is more addicting. Also, GH dominates @ progress with presentation and gameplay. Every RB i've seen (besides beatles) SUCKS @ that. there is NO improvement AT ALL. another thing is that GH has a LOT more licenenced people. we all know we love ACTUAL people more than, you know, random people.

This one's really close, hard to pick a winner here...
I guess it's Rock Band because they didn't screw the chorus, but other than that they're pretty much equal.

GH fans who say Rock Band sucks, would you mind elaborating why you think so?
I play both games, but I lean towards RB as having better charts for 98% of the songs. I play GH if I feel I want a ridiculous challenge, such as distorted notes having 3 notes vs. clean notes having 2, or 2 guitars charted to one guitar (Afterlife and Lay Down)
In this case Neversoft is the bad one because A) they miss so many notes during the chorus and B) the distorted notes are charted as 3 note chords.
