preparing brewing salts for the mash. I use distilled water, and add salts to match any water profile I want. All grain brewers MUST add brewing salts if using distilled water, otherwise, the mash will likely not convert.

  • you should edit all these vids into 1 or 2 vids and explain more about what the minerals do in the beer.. (great book that though)
