  • Everyone. Notice how that Volt is endangered. It threatens the OIL business. So now GM is underwater with the fish. If you cannot see how big OIL is pulling its strings to keep gas guzzlers and profits to record highs then I suggest you not get new vision correction but a whole set of new eyes.

  • How come nobody talks about clean automobiles, newly designed airplanes, hybrid boats and natural gas motorcycles?? How come nobody talks about zero pollution electricity plants. How come we arent talking about farming and agriculture, architecture and engineering, technology and modern advancement?

  • @Anothercoilgun Actually there is something bigger than BIG OIL. BIG POLITICS! If the American people have spoken enough; evolution of ERV and other technologies will have its way and BIG OIL will have to step aside.

  • its because GM sold electric car battery patents to its enemy the oil company and crushed the EV1 project to pursue SUVs and bought HUMMER

thinking the oil company will be on their side and they got stabbed in the back.

  • Read again. Threatens big OIl because the Volt will not be part of their source of revenue.

Volt is endangered not "The Cause of GM's Fall". Try to keep some focus and remember what happened to the EV1 if you have any doubts.

  • WRONG! It was those big gas guzzlers that GM made is what sent them broke (that and bad management), while Toyota was making small cars and the Prius and is still in business. Same with European cars making fuel efficient diesels
