Great to see two icons of speed going head to head. While they are both fast, they definitely do it differently. I currently own both a B-King and a Vmax. Honestly, I love them both and wouldn't sell either one.

You completely missed my point. My father owns a Hayabusa, it's cool, it's fun, some people own Vmax's, I don't care! I know first hand when racing him on my 750, I get my doors blown off! When we get to the corners, the playing field changes, which is why I drive one. My point was each bike accelerates differently at different rpm's, which is why people choose either - or! It's not about standing mile!

@stimeeee Just got my 2009 Vmax. First bike I ever wanted when they first came out. :)

@flattrackmile Bullshit. You're spreading lies. The reason the Vmax needsw a slick is because of the almost 200 horsepower...Ain't no dreaming. I recently talked to an "old pro" who races gsxr's...and he flat out told me they got nothing on the new Vmax. So stop posting lies and go for a ride with all your buddies bikes that look just like yours...GSXR what? Hyabusa who? Hmmm...they look the same to me. Like a dog fucking a football.

Dude, that was the ugliest V-max I've seen. Who in their right mind would fit one with the front-end from an old Ducati 916?? It's a beautiful bike sure, but this was just wrong...
Are you serious?
Yes, they are, and while you're out, get an F-18 Fighter Jet... I hear those are good starters too.

Don't forget that the Vmax does not have the aerodynamic advantage of the sportsbikes. Getting into the 9's with just pipes and slicks is quite an achievement. Imagine when the engine is modded.
