AFR Round 9, Shanghai F1 Circuit Oct 22, 2011. PS Racing's Leopold Ringbom took pole position in qualifying with Champ Motorsport's Yuki Shiraishi just 0.053 seconds off pole for P2. At the race start, Shiraishi took the lead and led the beginning of the race until being sidelined with a mechanical issue. Ringbom took the win for Round 9 with Champ Motorsport's Kazuhiro Saeki in 2nd and Audax PS Racing's Angelo Negro in 3rd. During Round 10 the following day, PS Racing's Ringbom took the win, with Champ Motorsport's Yuki Shiraishi charging from 10th to finish 2nd, and Champ's Sunny Wong moving up from 6th to finish 3rd on the podium.
