Lets not fail to point out that Demcorats also fought against emansipation & when they lost, started the KKK as a revolt! They ran the segregated South, started the Jim Crow Laws, and Bull Connor tactics. They also fought against the voting rights act and the Civil rights act(including Al Gores Daddy & Robert(KKKGrand Dragon)Byrd who together led the longest filibuster in history against civil rights. To this day, every racist organization are Democrats.
