  • I checked out your background: you sound way too creative to have to be working with Excel.

  • I just got back from my interview at an ajency! I feel really bad because as much talent and experience as I have I had to take a test on Excel; MSWord; Typing; and I know that I did not do well, I have never had to use these products to perform my data communications jobs. So there it is, I know I did not pass but then the job has nothing to do with these skills. I feel that the system is NOT FAIR!!! I am on unemployement and no hope........

  • Good luck to you izzigogo. Most bad hiring decisions are not due to luck, but to using improper selection processes, especially poor interview techniques.

  • I am going to take a similar test today. I have been job temping (thanks to our economy) and this test video was a good view on what is really going on. But you forgot to state that the person chosen may not even fit the position and will be found out later that the poor candidate may have just been feeling sick on that day and was the best.

that is based on LUCK...wish me LUCK
