Wow the color and Shallow Depth of Field is amazing for such a low budget camera! Couple questions.
Were you using the focus wheel?
Was there color correction in post?
-
Very nice tone!

Did you use an 35mm Adabter?
-
Did u use any other lens for DOF or it give u the option of DOF

You know, I wasn't especially impressed with this thing until now. Color correction does a lot for this camera. Nice one, but I prefer mini-DV.

It is .MTS (AVCHD). After Effects CS4 now supports AVCHD! Anything before that does not.

Very nice video work, is this raw HF100 footage or you did some tweaking to the video? What HF100 settings did you use to record your video and what software/compression did you use to export to youtube?

Thanks!! This was expoted out of vegas using WMV9 compression with the default template settings. I used a Magic Bullet color filter. I had to zoom in on alot of the shots to get the low DOF. The aperture was set to f1.8 for the shots that were not zoomed in. The aperture jumps to f2.8 with a full zoom. Used Vivid, AWB and shot in 30p.
