I'd say if you're a party animal -> frot row! If you just wanna enjoy the show and have a good view to the stage -> seats.

madonna has never come to Greece before and i might not have the opportunity to enjoy her again! so i want to have the most fun possible!

It was the same here! She's done the first concert in Switzerland ever. I would recomend to buy front row tickets and go as close as possible to the stage. Enjoy it!!!
