http://FitTalkNews.com Duck Unders are a great body weight exercise that work the quads and glutes and will get your heart rate up. As you can clearly see in the video, I AM sucking wind! This exercise is a lateral movement and it is just as it's name implies. What you are doing is moving laterally from side to side making sure to keep your chin up and chest up to keep your back from rounding or hunching over and pretending you are ducking under a low bar. As you step out laterally, you want to take as wide a step as you possibly can and bend your knees while keeping your chest upright, chin up, and pretend your are ducking under a low bar. Once you've "cleared the bar", you're going to stand up straight and then duck under to the opposite side, finishing the movement in an upright standing position.
