Everybody in sales wants to win and you know most people walk into the sale expecting to win. Your competition expects to win, just like you expect to win. But you know what, there's only one winner and in order for you to be able to become the master of sales you have to be certain that that winner is you more often than not. You will not win every sale but you can not blame the competition for losing the sale. You have to earn the right to win the sale and not blame others. If you lose the sale you have to accept the responsibility that it was your fault, not lowest price or more loyalty to somebody else but rather learn from what you lost so that you can begin to win more often.
