lool. that is normal on almost every buggy. definatley so on the bugaboo. it gives it some slack so it dont snap wen going up curbs and stuff. mines like this too. and my other cameleon.

its because the handle flips over and part of the suspension if it didnt it would snap seriously why do you jiggl eit a million times and did you not test it before you spend nearly £1000 on a pram?!!
