i went to do a gainer and it went very wrong, very sore back.(turn up volume)

u flipped to fast, measure distance first and rate of rotation according to height to get even balance of drop

@30inventionman i think i was a lil over excited, i made a bet wit my mate that i would do a gainer first jump even though i hadnt seen the bridge yet.. and when i got up there it was higher than i anticipated lol
