Eve continues..."I Need Dean"

We didn't want to make this about Dean, yet from the start the probate gang has done just that.
Eve's (who is still being captive nursing home - next court date is 1/07) love & respect for him shows thru here, and it is all due to his good care of her for nearly 14 years. The things that have happened to remove Dean out of the picture, lies told, and now trumped up criminal charges.
Dean had a (for 2 months) live-in g/f who he had known for over a yr. - a 53 yr old Russian who we now find out didn't have a green card. Ozada came home drunk & cursing..Dean told her he wasn't having this in front of Evelyn and tore up the marriage license. She hit him in the forehead with a TV remote control, he bleeds, as he is coming out of the bathroom, she tried kicking him in his privates. He puts up his leg to protect that area, her kick hits his shin, and she falls and breaks her ankle in two places. Short story, he was arrested, charged with felonious assault, bonds out of jail after 4 days. Linda and I took care of Eve at her home those 4 days, around the clock. Just Wednesday we find he was indicted for added bogus charges, domestic violence, kidnapping and possession of a gun under a disability. Man, first, he never caused this, and those charges added?? Shocking!
When he was bond out he was also restricted by a TPO not to go to his home, even tho O didn't live there now. To this day - I am going into detail here to show at what lengths are being taken to remove Dean from the picture.
Not only is Evelyn spending a small fortune in legal fees to get her out of this "MESS" they are using this event of 11/13 w/Ozada to trump up charges. Dean will be forced to use a public defender....unless someone reading this has any ideas? Pro bono offer of assistance?
We have no idea where the kidnapping charge came from either. When Dean engaged the police to escort him to his house so he could get some of his clothes and stuff, 2 cops were there illegally searching his kitchen while he was in his b/room bagging his clothes.
His friend Gary went to the p/dep the next day to claim his gun (found up in the cold air return-out of sight) that he had left there over 1 1/2 yrs ago. They wouldn't give it to him because when he told them he purchased it at a gun show and didn't have the serial numbers......cops also went in Dean's freezer too....no warrant yet removed stuff from his home. I called the FBI yesterday, leaving a complaint about these outrageous actions. To investigate the Mayfield Heights police dept.

Have not had a chance to see or talk to Evelyn yet, if anyone calls, they say that she is not there. The hearing has been continued, as the second Dr. evaluation isn't finshed yet, so now we wait longer. Calls, exposure and prayers - we need much.

Okay so from what I am gathering the magic date is Jan 7th. Has anyone seen Evelyn or talked to her latley? Has her house been sold? I have seen this happen a time or 2 in my family--both times was very heart breaking but too young to do anything--laws are diff state to state--BUT--if her house is still there there is something to work with. And I truly hope it is. I had to listen to my Great Aunt tell me at a nursing home her house and everything she had was gone--it was too late then.

no, her house is still hers, the guardian has the key however, and yes, the court date is the 7th.

See, the thing is, you do have a problem. It is Evelyn's life and her liberties that are being taken from her. She choose her caregiver, knowing he is doing all he can for her. Yes, the fact that he has a g/f who isn't looking out for anyone but herself, & wanting to take advantage of a man just so she can marry and get citizenship, found out way too late.

Evelyn know what she wants, she wants to be home and have Dean as her caregiver. She needs no one to rule her life.

PS. S/shine, what do u think they did before, hundreds of yrs we all go along with out LICENSED or CERTIFIED people taking care of the elderly. Nuns were not even certified until late.

The fact that the APS and probate gang have over-stepped their powers, and for NINE months this assault has been happening, is what your concern and outrage should be.

No, it was Fri the 13th of Nov this yr, and Evelyn saw the whole thing, girl came home drunk, cursing, and Dean told her not to, and tore up the marriage license. Eve saw the whole thing, made an affidavit saying Dean did nothing wrong. If they can find Eve incompetent, then that paper would be dismissed - Eve is a wittiness, and trying to frame Dean now is what they are doing too. SICK!

Who will be next? This situation is INTENDED for those that cannot do anything for themselves AND has no one to help out...Evelyn does not fit in either of those categories. Those that have no other options REQUIRE this type of intervention.

My Mother would have benefited greatly from this but they said no...and she was destroying her health with poor nutrition. She passed away last month...a victim of the mental health and medicare system. Those that need it, need it. those that do not Don't

Evelyn had to report to the hospital on Nov. 20th (not the 7th) ....she was in the hospital 5 days & since she had nothing medically wrong, she was discharged to a n. home on November 25th(?)...the day before Thanksgiving & has been in the n.home since. Yes Ev was still home on Nov. 13th.
