Due to great interest on the part of North American viewers, here is some info:
Ad for Ice Cream Pop Factory for now-defunct Glasslite toy and housewares manufacturer of São Paulo, Brazil. Filmed in 16mm in 1995, the spot exists only in 15-second version - which has 25 edited cuts. Mr. Yamaguchi, the owner of Glasslite, actually found the pace a little too slow and requested re-shooting the girl's scenes so that her eyes would be "more open"(!).

@TheMonsters20 The company that produced this toy in Brazil has gone out of business. I don't know of any other manufacturers of a similar product. There are no versions of this commercial other than in the original Portuguese.
