@AgentStyles yeah,that's it...they just don't get it. Occasionally i see comments from people like yourself who do get it and it's refreshing. I know how people can get excited by the cars they like,but it still don't change reality. To say Vipers are just straight line cars shows their ignorance.Heck,if they would research a little they would see Vipers tore up the tracks and won nearly every race they entered back in 99 .12 races including Daytona and 24 hr.s of lemans.straight line cars? ?

@82ndcombatmedic Strange things happen. A lot of times it is the driver that wins or loses no matter what they drive. You were lucky and ran up on a bad driver! Unless maybe your RT isn't stock? My 06 mustang puts 360 H.P. to the wheels so you know i am far from stock,Still fades miserably against either of my Vipers. I love all my muscle cars and the mustang is one helluva good street machine. Vipers have always been rude,crude and unapologetic.It's why i love them!

I sometimes just don't even reply to these same idiots.lol...but i try to respect them if any way possible (duh), The worst is those who argue a black sheet is white saying the mustangs are better track cars than Vipers! That is so far from the truth it boggles the mind. The ones who say the Viper is just a straight line car just don't have a clue. The Viper is not a straight line racer.It was made for the track. wON ABOUT EVERY RACE IN 99.I have a 99 GTS and a 06 stang GT.
